  • Please fill out the Owner Surrender Form (click here) 
  • Before completing the form, please email a picture of the dog, your location, contact information, and the reason for surrender to [email protected] 
  • If the dog is indeed a Bullmastiff, and if we are active in your location, we will ask you to complete the surrender form.  
  • Contacts without picture, location and reason for surrender will not receive a response. Thank you.
