Hi, my name is Daisy but my foster family nicknamed me Peaches because I am as sweet as a
George peach! My foster mom said she needs a bio on me to find my forever home so let me
tell you about myself.
I’m a very low maintenance type of gal with a lower energy level. I love hanging out in my crate
because I feel extra safe in there. My foster mom says she is proud of me because I’ve not had
any accidents! She says I’m a fast learner, eager to please and I’m doing good at learning basic
commands. The treats she gives me when I do good are really yummy so that helps! I’m pretty
good on a leash and don’t really pull but loud noises do scare me and I will try to run from the
noise.
I’m being fostered in a home with another large dog and four children. I get along well with the
large male dog in the house though he can be too rambunctious outside for me and it scares
me. I like hanging out with him inside much better because we can just chill. The young children
here are very nice and they are patient and go slow with me because I do startle and scare
easily but I love it when they give me yummy treats!
I have never been around cats before but other little animals like squirrels don’t interest me.
Except for the little female neighbor dog, I like to trot along the fence line when she’s outside
and play bow with her a lot! I guess this means I don’t have a prey drive. Whatever that is.
I’m also great inside, never bark or demand attention, unless of a scary thunderstorm and then
I prefer to either be near my human or to stay in my crate with some nice music playing.
My ideal home needs to have a fenced in yard to keep me safe and secure when outside
because of my fear of loud noises. Another calm, low-energy dog that will help me with my
confidence would be awesome. My favorite type of day would be to go for a walk and then to
lay around the yard with my peeps and follow that up with a nice nap inside in my crate for
some peace and quiet.
I hope you will consider adopting me!
Daisy is 5 years old and has been spayed and is up to date on recommended vaccinations. She is
heartworm negative and microchipped. If your family would like to provide Daisy with the
home she deserves, please complete the adoption application at

We require a donation ranging from $100 to $500 for each adoption. The donation is based on
the age and health of the dog being adopted as well as its level of training. 100% of donations
are directed to the veterinary expenses of the dogs in our care.
Daisy is being fostered in Wisconsin; however, don’t let location be a barrier, BRI can arrange
transport to many states east of the Mississippi!
