FIONA
Fiona is a beautiful 5 year old brindle female from a puppy mill. She spent the first five years of her life in a kennel with no caring human contact. Despite that fact she is very gentle and very sweet. She loves other dogs and they make her feel comfortable, she is also very good with my cat. She is timid around humans but responds well to slow and calm interaction. She learned to use the stairs in one day and her name in two, so she is a smart girl.
She is learning to potty outside. She is crate trained but prefers to be with the family. She would do best in a home with other dogs to help bring her out of her shell. She walks well on a leash, loves her food and gently takes treats from your hand. She enjoys running around in the yard. She is finally learning how to be a dog. If you open your home and hearts to this girl you will be greatly rewarded. A home without small children would be best for Fiona because she startles easily.
