Meet Luna & Mojo: The Inseparable Sweetheart Siblings!
Luna and Mojo, aka “the dynamic duo”, are 7 yr. old siblings who are easily two of the sweetest Bullmastiffs that we have ever had. They are the perfect combination of sweet & spice, and everything nice!
These two squishy love bugs are quite bonded to each other, so they will need a home where they can stay together. They both love people and are very friendly and affectionate, so no need to worry that they won’t bond very quickly to you as well!
A Little About Mojo:
Mojo is an absolute mush who is the very definition of “a lover and not a fighter”. He is a laid back, lazy couch potato who loves his food and napping in the sun. He has been completely unbothered by….well, anything really! He has gotten along very well with dogs and people of all sizes and ages, and even cats.
When he first came to us, he suffered from horrible entropion that had gone untreated his entire life. BRI got him the entropion surgery he so desperately needed; however, the damage had already been done and while he does have some eyesight limitations, he is not completely blind and does just fine navigating his surroundings.
A Little About Luna:
Like her brother, Luna is an absolute doll who loves people! She is more independent than her brother with a silly, sassy personality that makes us laugh. She loves spending time with her humans and is a great cuddler. She gets along very well with well-behaved, laid-back dogs with proper introduction, but shows too much interest in cats. Luna must be fed separately from other dogs, including her brother, as she does not like sharing her food with others.
She, too, came to us with horrible entropion that needed corrective surgery. While her corneal scarring is more noticeable than Mojo’s, she sees very well. So much so that Mojo often follows his sister to maneuver his surroundings when in a new environment. Luna has had surgery to remove low grade mast cell tumors that her vet said results in a high survival rate and her prognosis is very good.
Ideal Home:
Luna and Mojo’s perfect home would be one in which they are both loved and adored the way they deserve, and where they can spend lazy days lounging on the couch and napping in the sun together, either as the only dogs or with doggy siblings who are well behaved and laid back. No cats, please.
Luna & Mojo are fully vetted, spayed & neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped.
If your family would like to provide these two sweethearts with the forever home they deserve, please click on the "Adopt Me" button above and complete the adoption application. You can complete an online version or download the application in Word.
We require a donation ranging from $100 to $600 for each adoption. The donation is based on the age and health of the dog being adopted as well as its level of training. 100% of donations are directed to the veterinary expenses of the dogs in our care.
Luna and Mojo are being fostered in Missouri; however, don’t let location be a barrier, BRI can arrange transport to many states east of the Mississippi!
