Muriel is a sweet, calm dog looking for a forever home. She was rescued from the streets of NYC and has been enjoying her life in her foster home.  Her foster mom says Murial is a wonderful calm, easy-going girl who will make someone an amazing dog!  Muriel loves to chase balls and play with her foster dog brother George. She likes everyone she meets though can be timid at first. She does quite well with children. 
 
Muriel’s favorite part of the day is the mornings when she spends time with her foster dad before he leaves for work. He takes her out potty and then she gets to go back to bed with her foster mom!  She loves napping on the couch, enjoys a few short walks, plays in the backyard chasing a tennis ball and loves to eat. 
 
Muriel doesn’t care for being in a crate but she is fully housetrained.  She also walks well on a leash. She is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations. We estimate that Muriel is between 2 and 4 years old.

We require a donation ranging from $100 to $500 for each adoption. The donation is based on the age and health of the dog being adopted as well as its level of training. 100% of donations are directed to the veterinary expenses of the dogs in our care.
 
Muriel is being fostered in Virginia; however, don’t let location be a barrier, BRI can arrange transport to many states east of the Mississippi!
