Her Idea of a Great Day: I like to stay active! I enjoy playing, whether I am running, jumping or fetching. I love to end my evenings with a walk.
The First Thing People Notice About Me: My bright smile and fun personality.
My Perfect Match: A family that likes to stay busy and wants a happy go lucky girl to include on their adventures. I love spending time with my people and meeting new people!
In Her Own Words: Hey! My name is Nova, and I am a female bullmastiff, about 2 years old. I was found wandering the streets of Chicago this summer all by myself. I lost lots of weight and got super dirty and sick. Thankfully, some nice people found me and called BRI. My life was instantly changed for the better! I am now healthy and happy and ready to find my forever family. I am spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, housebroken, crate trained, and leash trained. My favorite things to do are play, play, and play a little more! I love to run, jump, and play fetch. Kids would be fun to play with, but not too little, cause sometimes I bump into my people when I am being silly. I just get so excited; I cannot control how happy I am! When I am not playing, I enjoy little naps or laying on the floor with a bone. Most nights I take my people for a 2 mile walk and that seems to help us clam down for the night. I like to meet people on our walks; I love strangers, and they seem to love me too. I live with 2 other dogs right now, a Bullmastiff and a hyper little dog -- I can take or leave him. Not sure if I like cats or not, but my foster parents say I don't have much of a prey drive. I don't like to wander at all because I don't want to get lost again. Most of the time I like to stay real close to my people because I don't want them to get lost either...so we keep an eye on each other. Please don't ever yell at me. My feelings get hurt very quickly, and I feel really bad when I make a mistake...simple corrections are all I need. If your family would like to provide me with the home I deserve, please click HERE to complete an application. My tax-deductible adopter fee is $450 and I am being fostered in Michigan. If you think I am the bullmastiff for your family, BRI can arrange my transport!
