Petra is 4 years old and being fostered in Michigan. She came from a not so good situation but is a sweet heart. She is a little shy and is learning what is like to be outside of a crate and in a house. Many things she is unsure of but will check it out again and again. Petra needs a home who can give her love and support during her adjustment period. Everything is so new to her, that every day is a new adventure. She is crate trained and actually likes to hang out in there as much as you will allow. She likes to be petted and loves to chew on bones. Petra likes other dogs, we are unsure of cats. Petra would prefer a home with other dogs to show her the ropes and make her feel more confident. Petra will be a little uneasy at first but will warm up to your family if given the time. Petra also loves meal time and getting treats. A home with small children would be too stressful for Petra. Petra's adoption fee is $400.
