Rosie was 9 when she came to us from a shelter in Chicago after being surrendered when her owners lost their home. She was in good condition apart from being morbidly obese, and she is now residing happily in Baltimore with her forever foster mom and her senior forever foster sister Ruthy! These two old girls are neighborhood stars on their walks and during their visits to dog friendly shops in the area.
