PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE BIO AND COMPLETE AN APPLICATION BEFORE CONTACTING US. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.
My name is Roxy, and my foster mommy says I am the best dog she has ever had the pleasure of hosting! I spent the whole 7 years of my life with a small pug, but we were given up due to a divorce. Sadly, I lost my family and my little dog companion… but thankfully, I have a new chance at a happy life because BRI rescued me! I have proven to be perfectly trustworthy to roam the house, I’m crate trained, house broken, I don’t jump on guests or furniture, and I love to do tricks like - sit, stay, paw, down, and roll over! My favorite things to do are lay in the sun, roam the back yard, watch out the window, chew on bones, and relax with my people. I am very well behaved and gentle with my 1 year old human brother, even when he has a tasty snack in his hand! I am a very faithful and quiet companion, only barking for 1 of 2 reasons - someone is at the door, or I need to potty. I am spayed, up to date on shots, microchipped, and heartworm negative. The vet said that I’m a lot healthier than I look - unfortunately I have a lot of hair loss for unknown reasons. I’ve tested negative for everything and my hair loss doesn’t bother me. In fact, my foster mommy says “every rose has it’s thorn,” and I’m just a beautiful rose with some missing fur. My dream home would be with a family that isn’t gone too much during the day, has a fenced yard, and a window or sliding door I can look out during the day.
If your family would like to provide me with the home I deserve, please complete the adoption application, located above under the "FORMS TO DOWNLOAD" link and we will be in touch. My tax-deductible adoption fee is $300.00 and I am being fostered in Pennsylvania. However, don’t let my location be a barrier. If you think I am the bullmastiff for your family, BRI can arrange my transport!
