This wonderful 8-9 year old girl found herself wandering the streets in NC and was picked up by animal control. At her age, we didn’t consider her adoptable even though she was in good health, so she joined our forever foster program and shares a home in Baltimore with forever foster sister, Rosie. The two girls are well-known in their neighborhood and everyone loves them!
