This wonderful 8-9 year old girl found herself wandering the streets in NC and was picked up by animal control. At her age, we didn’t consider her adoptable even though she was in good health, so she joined our forever foster program and lives in Baltimore with her forever foster family. She is well-known in her neighborhood and everyone loves them!
