Zoie is the second girl we have that we missed at the 2019 auction. She spent 3 years in a different puppy mill before we managed to acquire her in 2022. By this time she had a massive ear infection and horrible arthritis at the age of 7. These issues could be helped. However, she has an insatiable appetite for inappropriate things. Luckily, we have a forever foster family with experience dealing with dogs with pica, and they agreed to take her as a forever. She has embraced family life, loves to be indoors, loves her canine family as much as she loves her human family, and even likes the resident giant tortoise.
